A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever
is greater, is required for all reservations. Balance due 30
days before arrival.

Cancellation notice is required 45 days prior to check-in and
will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation
within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit and
all balances collected if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for
the full term of your reservation. There are no Refunds for early departure.
