ONE BEDROOM COTTAGES
Two queen size beds* in large bedroom, (*One Queen in Sand Piper,
Pelican and Sea Chest) convert-a-sofa in living room, full bath,
dining area, complete kitchen, screened porch facing the Gulf. Rates
are for 2 people. Each additional person $20 per day.

One large room with a queen bed, complete kitchen, full bath, screened
porch facing the Gulf.
THREE BEDROOM BEACH HOUSES
Spacious 3 bedroom beach houses, each bedroom with a full bath and
sliding glass doors leading onto a large sun deck, living room,
dining area, complete kitchen, central air and heat, cable TV and
high-speed internet access. These may be rented as 3 bedroom, 3
bath house or as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house at the rates listed below.

A deposit of 25% or one night's stay, whichever
is greater, is required for all reservations. Balance due 30
days before arrival.
Cancellation notice is required 45 days prior to check-in and
will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation
within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit
if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for the full term of
your reservation. There are no Refunds for early departure.
